Craig embarked on his engineering journey completing his training to become a highly skilled multi-discipline engineer. Shortly after, while working at the UK’s largest cosmetics manufacturer, he earned both a Certificate and Diploma in Management. This achievement led to his first junior management role as an Engineering Technician. By that time, Craig had established himself as an expert across all production lines and various types of packaging machinery, consistently delivering excellence in every task he undertook.

Craig gained extensive experience in the confectionery industry, starting his journey as a packaging machinery engineer. His expertise and dedication propelled him to the role of Engineering Manager at two confectionery sites, including one that served as a branded supplier. Throughout this time, Craig demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skill, ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of complex manufacturing processes.

Craig transitioned into the ready meals sector, taking on the role of Engineering & Health and Safety Manager for a premium ready meal manufacturer overseeing two London-based sites. Over the course of five years, he played a key role as part of the Management Team, contributing significantly to the company's substantial growth and success during this period.

During his tenure in London, Craig proudly achieved two International Safety Awards at Merit, recognizing his success in occupational health and safety. He also established the framework and structure for the combined OHSAS18001:2007 certification and the prestigious British Safety Council 5-star safety audit. As a qualified OHSAS18001 Internal Auditor, Craig brought exceptional expertise to his role. Additionally, he has facilitated and supported the implementation of world-class manufacturing and lean manufacturing practices on multiple occasions, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
